June 24, Make Your Own Fresh Flower Bouquet 🌸 $10
On Monday, June 24 at 6 PM, we’re gathering at E.L. Peterson Park in Pelican Rapids for a hands-on flower bouquet workshop with Back 40 Flower Farm. $10 per person. You'll get to keep your bouquet that you created and you'll also receive a free gift.
You’ll get to create your own fresh-cut bouquet with seasonal blooms and greens like Ranunculus, Tulips, Peonies, Feverfew, Bells of Ireland, Bupleurum, and more. Everything is locally grown and bursting with that late spring/early summer magic.
You’ll also hear from the farmers themselves at what it’s really like to run a flower farm: the early mornings, the muddy boots, the joy of planting seeds and watching them bloom. It’s a blend of hard work, creativity, and deep connection to the land — and they’re sharing it all with us.
Light refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be served, and everyone leaves with their own bouquet and a little gift. The event is $10 per person (you can pay online, with cash, or Venmo at the event), and we’ll have a tip jar if you’d like to support the farm a little extra.
Parking is free on-site. Just bring yourself and maybe a friend or two. It’ll be relaxed and a good reminder of how much beauty is growing all around us.
